Project Overview

The proposed location for this project is No. 006 Shanyan Road, Jiashan Street, High tech Zone, Tianjin. The total investment is 147.537 million yuan, of which 9.27 million yuan is for environmental protection. The specific content of this evaluation includes the joint factory building, drying workshop, comprehensive building, raw material warehouse, distribution center, power center, storage tank area, as well as the water supply and drainage engineering, heating engineering, etc. of the existing built buildings. After the project is completed, it has a fermentation production capacity of 900 tons and its supporting auxiliary energy system, which can achieve an annual production capacity of 1000 tons of high-quality raw materials and intermediates.
Main environmental impacts and countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts

Operation period

(1) Wastewater treatment measures: Enterprise process production wastewater, resin and membrane cleaning wastewater, equipment cleaning wastewater, ground flushing wastewater, exhaust gas treatment system drainage, initial rainwater, and domestic sewage enter the enterprise's self built sewage treatment station, and after treatment by the sewage treatment station, enter the park's sewage pipe network. The inlet water quality requirements of Tianjin Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant are met. The project wastewater has minimal impact on the surface water environment.

(2) Waste gas treatment measures:

1. Fermentation waste gas

The fermentation waste gas of the enterprise adopts the "secondary AB agent atomization tower+alkali spray tower+water washing tower" treatment process, and the treated tail gas is discharged through a 20m exhaust funnel. VOCs meet the emission standard limits in Table 1 of the "Emission Standard for Air Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB37823-2019), and the odor concentration meets the standard limits in Table 2 of the "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants" (GB 14554-1993).

2. Crushed packaging dust

Crushed packaging dust is collected through a negative pressure bag dust removal facility, and then discharged through a 15m exhaust funnel. The dust meets the emission standard limits in Table 1 of the "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB37823-2019).

3. Ethanol exhaust gas

The construction unit plans to introduce non condensable ethanol into the fermentation waste gas treatment system through a closed pipeline, and undergo absorption treatment through a "secondary AB agent atomization tower+alkali spray tower+water washing tower". After treatment, the ethanol waste gas meets the emission standard limits in Table 1 of the "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB37823-2019).

4. Dry exhaust gas

Calcium propionate is dried by high-pressure spray drying tower, which is equipped with bag dust removal facilities. After treatment, the dust meets the emission standard limits in Table 1 of Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry (GB37823-2019).

5. Waste gas from biogas combustion

After desulfurization, the biogas is ignited and burned by the biogas torch. The particulate matter refers to the "Pharmaceutical Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB37823-2019) Table 1. Other pharmaceutical process waste gas limits, SO2 and NOX meet the "Pharmaceutical Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB37823-2019) Table 3 Air Pollutant Emission Limits of Combustion Devices.

5. Smell from sewage station

The malodorous gas in the sewage station is treated by "closed collection + lye spray + biological purification", and then discharged from the 15m high discharge cylinder. NH3 and H2S meet the emission standard limits in Table 1 of the "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB37823-2019); the odor concentration meets the standard limit requirements in Table 2 of the "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB14554-93).

After the completion of this project, the dust and waste gas generated during the production process can be effectively controlled, with little impact on the surrounding environment.

(3) Groundwater control measures: After measures such as zonal anti-seepage and tracking monitoring, the impact on the regional groundwater environment during the operation of the enterprise is very small.

(4) Noise control measures: After the completion of the project, if the noise sources of the main equipment adopt measures such as sound insulation, noise elimination, and sound absorption, the predicted noise values of the factory boundary on the north and east sides of the factory area will meet the "Environmental Noise Emission Standards at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008) Category 4 standards in Table 1, the predicted noise values at the west and south sides of the factory boundary meet the standards of Category 3 in Table 1 of the "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprise Boundary" (GB12348-2008), and the noise during the operation period of the project is The surrounding environment is less affected.

(4) Solid waste treatment measures: general industrial solid waste is disposed of after temporary storage; hazardous solid waste is temporarily stored in the existing hazardous waste temporary storage room, and is regularly handed over to units with hazardous waste disposal qualifications for disposal.
