The main projects for this outdoor expansion training include "Building a Tower Together", "Team Steps", and "Not Falling into the Forest". In all projects, it is required that each team develop plans, set goals, leverage their individual strengths, achieve good communication with others, and enhance their sense of collective participation and responsibility in the shortest possible time after tasks are assigned. During the process of completing the project, the young employees of Hongjian Biology dared to challenge, actively cooperated, and worked together to successfully complete each project, perfectly reflecting the strength of the team and the role of individuals in the team.
