Mainly engaged in microbial metabolic engineering and synthetic biology to enhance microbial synthesis of plant natural products and other related research, and undertook courses such as Metabolic Pathway Engineering and synthetic biology. Undertake and complete 10 scientific research projects, including the 863 Program project and the National Natural Science Foundation Youth/General Program. Published 98 SCI papers in mainstream authoritative journals on biotechnology and applied microbiology, including Microbiology and Molecular Biology Reviews, Trends in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Advancements, Green Chemistry, Metabolic Engineering, and ACS Synthetic Biology, with 32 authorized invention patents. The relevant work has achieved industrial production of multiple fermented products.
